If you cannot logon to eRecruiter follow these steps.

1. Verify if your login is correct. The login is an e-mail address used to create your account.
2. Try to set up a new password by clicking on Forgot your password? button on the login page.
3. Ask your company Administrator if you hold a relevant role in the system. The role of Business User cannot logon to the system

No password is needed to logon to a Candidate Account.

Go to Candidate Account website and enter your e-mail address that has been used to create the account. Having entered the address you will be sent a link to login with a given e-mail address.

It is a secure solution as each account is linked with one e-mail address accessed only by the owner of the mailbox. Hence the link to logon to your account will be sent to your mailbox only. For additional security, the link to logon is one-off and only valid for 24 hours. Unless you make it available to anyone, only you can access the account.

Please remember not to forward the e-mail with the link.

To apply for a job offered by the employer, you should enter the selected offer found on the portal and click on the „Apply” button found at the bottom or top part of a job advertisement.

eRecruiter is a tool supporting recruiting processes.

We do not recruit on behalf of our clients. We have no information on details of recruiting processes carried out by our clients. These are our clients’ internal data.

If you want to know more about your application, please contact directly the employer to whom you have applied. Contact details should be available at the website of a given company or to be found in e-mail confirmation received  once you filed your application.

eRecruiter is a platform for employers to manage recruiting processes.

The employer is the data administrator in the eRecruiter system.

As a tool provider we cannot, without the employer’s knowledge and consent and a clear request, withdraw independently candidates’ applications. Hence we ask you to select the employers to whom you wish to file a request.

The employers can be selected by using a contact form available at the bottom right-hand corner of this website or by sending an email to [email protected].

As a processor we notify the employers about your application but have no control over its processing.

Candidates interested in your job offer submit an application via the application form that you create in the system.

It is up to you to decide whether it is enough for them to attach only basic data and a CV file, or whether they have to fill out a more extensive form, answering your questions.

eRecruiter has many options to facilitate the selection of candidate applications. You can:

• filter applications by questions and answers that were used in the application form,
• broadcast appropriate stages (system and own),
• to evaluate,
• add notes and tags (special keywords).

An additional advantage is the intuitive search engine that will allow you to search candidate applications according to any criteria.

You can easily send selected applications to managers involved in the recruitment process, and you will immediately see their answer in the system.

As a company of Grupa Pracuj, we are integrated with the Pracuj.pl portal. This means that you can publish ads on this portal directly from the system.

Additionally, eRecruiter offers integration with the company’s career website and internal Intranet. Thanks to this, you can publish job offers on corporate websites without the help of the IT department.

Additionally, you can integrate the eRecruiter system with your company OLX account to be able to publish ads there directly.

Through the system, you can also publish ads on aplikuj.pl, infoPraca.pl, GoWork.pl, Lento.pl and several free advertising portals.

You can also submit your advertisement to any other internet portal with which you cooperate in the publication of advertisements.

eRecruiter enables integration via API with other HR tools and systems such as reporting systems, HR and payroll systems, recommendation programs, NPS surveys, competency tests, voicebots, chatbots, internal communication tools and other global HR solutions. Adjust them to your needs!

eRecruiter uses safeguards that are required by the currently applicable law.

• The operation of the application is monitored 24 hours a day.
• The connection to the logging system is encrypted by the https protocol (the same as used, for example, by banks’ websites) at all times. The same is true for applicants who apply via the secure application form.
• As part of the work on the application, you decide who has access to the candidates’ data.
  You can grant or withdraw access to the system at any time.
