Data security from the first contact with the candidate

Job applications received from the candidates are secure in eRecruiter as in a bank vault.

The system is encrypted similarly to online bank accounts — it has a dedicated password policy and guarantees the safety of the sourced candidate data owing to the encrypted SSL connection and other measures. You and the candidates can verify this by checking the lock symbol near the search bar.


Addressing the candidates’ rights

eRecruiter can help you address the rights of your candidates, extended under the provisions of the GDPR. The system’s special functionalities will let you fulfill:

  • the right to data erasure (the right to be forgotten),
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability
  • and the right to data rectification.

Compliance with the information requirement

eRecruiter enables you to define diverse templates of clauses to ensure compliance with the candidate information requirement.

The clauses will be displayed to the applicant in the application form, whereas you will find them in the candidate’s profile in the system.


Monitoring the duration of data processing

The eRecruiter system monitors the duration of processing of data contained in job applications. The system will notify you in advance about the expiring term of data processing and flag the candidate whose data must be deleted.
